Who we are
This website is operated by SMPL Ads (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, email smplads979@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, phone number with country code, and your consent. We use them only to contact you about your request. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We keep them for 12 months after our last contact unless you become a client.
- Chat helper: messages you type stay in your browser and are not sent to us or stored.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to handle it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and local storage
We only use what is strictly necessary unless you say otherwise. You can change your choice at any time:

Third parties
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives anonymous usage data, only if you allow Analytics cookies.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) delivers our typefaces, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
- Our form and CRM providers receive contact form submissions so we can reply to you.
- Our hosting provider hosts this site and may log IP addresses for security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email smplads979@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, loads no tracking scripts until you allow them, and only the people handling your request can see what you submit.

We'll update this page when our practices change and adjust the date at the top.
